Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any point up until the order has been shipped by contacting us via email at info@pocketpika.com.
Cancellations come with a full refund. Should we have already shipped your item, please refer to the sections below.
Change of Mind
Pocket Pika does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Return Time-Frames
All returns & refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Pocket Pika will issue refunds or exchanges only for defective, damaged items, or if an incorrect item is received.
Please record a video of your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect. The video is required to evaluate the issue and proceed with a resolution. Returns will not be accepted without video evidence.
A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
How to Apply for a Refund
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email or social media within 7 days of receiving your order. Include video evidence of the item, packaging, and your order number.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide a postage label for you to return the item via AusPost.
Once we receive the returned product, a final review will be conducted. If approved, refunds will be processed in the same payment method and currency used for the original transaction. Note that Pocket Pika is not liable for any differences in refund amounts due to currency exchange rate variations.
Refund Fees
For refunds not related to faulty or damaged items, all shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, a 5% administrative fee will be applied.
